Dessert - under 10 minutes

Cooking is not a race (not always, anyway!) but sometimes you just have to be fast. That means you can't bake or freeze but you can definitely poach or caramelize. This is what I did here, I caramelized a pear using vanilla sugar and some orange juice.
You wouldn't tell is that easy, would you?
So next time when you have no time, do this and you'll be fine, your guest will compliment you, I promise!
